CARS INTELL provides vehicle background and verification services, including, but not limited to: VIN history reports, title and ownership data, accident and damage reports, recall notices, estimated market value insights, service reminders, and related third-party offers (the “Services”). Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis—no guarantees or legal, financial, or tax advice is offered.

You must be 18 or older, and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Certain Services require an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to maintain security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use any screen name or identifier that implies endorsement by CARS INTELL (e.g. “CarsIntell_Support”) or attempt to impersonate another person or entity.
5. Your License to Use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms:

We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the Services in the United Kingdom and/or EEA for your personal use only.

Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or scraping of our Platform or Reports requires express written permission from CARS INTELL.

You grant CARS INTELL an irrevocable, royalty‑free, world‑wide license to use, publish, modify, or distribute your submissions in any media.

We may refuse, remove, or edit any Submission at any time in our sole discretion.
8. Third‑Party Content & Offers
The Platform may include third-party offers and links to sites not operated by us. CARS INTELL does not endorse or maintain control over these offerings. You agree that we are not liable or responsible for any third-party goods, services, or information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARS INTELL MAKES NO WARRANTIES about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or reports. We disclaims all warranty—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or title.
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall CARS INTELL or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or providers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services—in any legal theory—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be requested by emailing Support@carsintell.com within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation prior to report delivery may entitle you to a full refund. Once a report is accessed or delivered, it is non‑refundable.

If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CARS INTELL and its affiliates against any claim, liability, loss, or cost (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or your breach of any law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension or Termination
CARS INTELL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Services at any time, without notice or liability, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. If a provision is found void or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

You agree that notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically (e.g. via email or the Platform) satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

Information provided through the Services—including recall alerts, market value data, or inspection summaries—is not a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice. You should seek qualified advice where required and perform your own research before relying on any information provided.
